🛡️ QLD Crowd Controller & Bodyguard Refresher Training

Refresher training for eligible Queensland Class 1 Security licence holders who hold the
Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard endorsed function and need to complete the applicable periodic refresher training.

⚠ The required online component must be enrolled in and completed before attending the scheduled face-to-face refresher training.

📘 Training Overview

This refresher training includes CPPSEC3101 and CPPSEC3131, with
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and
HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation also available where required.
Participants must hold a valid Queensland Class 1 Security licence with the relevant Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard endorsed function.

📋 Important Refresher Information

✔ Refresher cycle:
required every three years to maintain the applicable Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard functions on a Queensland Class 1 Security licence.

✔ Licence requirement:
participants must hold a valid Queensland Class 1 Security licence with the relevant Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard endorsed function.

✔ Online component:
must be enrolled in and completed before attending the scheduled face-to-face refresher training.

✔ Additional units:
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation may be included where required.

✔ Training outcome:
on successful completion, participants receive a Statement of Attainment for the refresher units successfully completed.
