Unarmed Security Officer or Crowd Controller in Queensland.
⚠ Online component must be completed before attending face-to-face training.

including patrolling, access control, crowd management, conflict resolution, and emergency response.

✔ Online learning: mandatory and must be completed prior to practical training.
✔ Delivery: blended learning (online + face-to-face training).
✔ Eligibility: QLD Security Licence requirements apply (Office of Fair Trading).
✔ Age: 18+ only.
✔ Bring: 100 points of ID (originals), USI, enclosed footwear.
