QLD Crowd Controller & Bodyguard Refresher Training
The QLD Crowd Controller & Bodyguard Refresher Training is designed for existing Queensland Class 1 Security licence holders who need to complete their periodic refresher training for the Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard licence functions.
This training includes CPPSEC3101 and CPPSEC3131, with HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation also available where required.
Important: Participants must enrol in and complete the required online component before attending the scheduled face-to-face training.
Training is delivered by NSTA Hillcrest Pty Ltd in partnership with NSTA Pty Ltd (RTO 32292).

🎓 Training Outcomes
✔ Complete refresher training relevant to maintaining Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard licence functions in Queensland.
✔ Refresh the knowledge and practical skills covered by CPPSEC3101 and CPPSEC3131.
✔ Complete First Aid and/or CPR units where required.
✔ Receive a Statement of Attainment for the refresher units successfully completed.
✔ Support the applicable three-year refresher training requirement for Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard licence functions.
📘 Entry Requirements
✔ Hold a valid Queensland Class 1 Security licence.
✔ The licence must include the Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard endorsed function relevant to the refresher training.
✔ Enrol in the required online component before attending.
✔ Complete the required online component before attending the scheduled face-to-face training.
📚 What Will I Learn?
✔ Refresh skills and knowledge relevant to Crowd Controller and Bodyguard security functions.
✔ Review security procedures relevant to the refresher units being completed.
✔ Apply refresher knowledge through scheduled face-to-face training activities.
✔ Maintain current knowledge relevant to Queensland security licence requirements.
✔ Complete First Aid and CPR training where required as part of your refresher requirements.

✔ Trainer guidance and support throughout the training process.
🧾 Requirements / Instructions
✔ Participants must hold a current Queensland Class 1 Security licence.
✔ The licence must include Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard endorsed functions.
✔ The online component must be completed before attending face-to-face training.
✔ Participants must continue to meet applicable Queensland security licensing requirements.
🎓 Statement of Attainment
On successful completion, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for the refresher units successfully completed.
✔ The training supports the applicable periodic refresher training requirement for Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard licence functions.
✔ Where HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and/or HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation are successfully completed, the applicable completed units will also form part of the training outcome.
Security licensing remains subject to the applicable Queensland licensing requirements.

The Hillcrest training facility is conveniently located for participants from Brisbane, Logan, Browns Plains, Ipswich and surrounding South-East Queensland areas.
💼 QLD Security Licence Refresher Information
This refresher training is for existing Queensland Class 1 Security licence holders with the applicable Crowd Controller and/or Bodyguard functions.
Refresher training is required every three years to maintain the applicable Crowd Controller and Bodyguard licence functions.
Participants must continue to satisfy all applicable Queensland licensing requirements.
