🔫 11029NAT – Course in Firearms and Weapons Safety

Approved training for Queensland firearms licensing. Session time: 07:30am – 1:30pm.

📘 Units covered on the day

✔ NAT11029001 Demonstrate knowledge of weapons legislation, weapons and community safety
✔ NAT11029002 Use Category A and B firearms lawfully, safely and responsibly (and/or)
✔ NAT11029005 Use Category H firearms lawfully, safely and responsibly

Important Enrolment Information

✔ Pre-course tasks: complete any pre-learning sent by email before class.
✔ Arrival: arrive 15 minutes early for sign-in and checks.
✔ Bring: 100 points of ID (originals), USI, and closed-toe footwear.
✔ Age/licensing: minimum enrolment age 11. Minors (11–17) require written consent and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. A full weapons licence is only available at 18+ (QPS Weapons Licensing).
